“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened.”

Anatole France

Reese, a lonely, loving pup who was seeking a loving family to call his own.

In the short time we were with him, he went from a dog that was shutting down and not eating at the shelter to a happy puppy playing with toys and sleeping on the big pillow bed!

He was probably the chillest dog I’ve ever met. The first time I saw him was when I picked him up for the ride to SEWE. He grabbed ahold of me first and decided he could trust the love I was giving him and he gave it back.

He made a friend in Layla in a matter of minutes. When we got him home, Lynne was resting and he went right up to her and licked her face all by himself. That’s when the walls came down for him.

If there would’ve been anyway possible, we would’ve been a foster fail with that great boy! We know there are many others that we are going to help but he was a great first foster!
